A Gentle Space to Rest
If your mind has been feeling busy, or your body hasn’t fully settled in a while… I am offering a free, live meditation practice where you can simply lie down, close your eyes, and be guided into rest.
This session is designed to help your nervous system unwind and your mind fully settle into deeper rest.
Practicing live creates a different kind of support- a space to pause and not have to hold anything on your own.
No experience needed. Nothing to figure out. No need to be on camera. Just a quiet place to set things down for a little while. Many people drift between wake and sleep- no effort required.
